Golden Ears Airpark hangars offer up to 3,900 sq.ft. of customizable space for single aircraft or multi-plane fleets, with larger hangars of approximately 10,000 sq.ft. also available. Select units feature a mezzanine or balcony, with options to add a lounge, office, or kitchen to create a hangar tailored to your vision.
Built for both functionality and comfort, each hangar includes custom-color metal panel exteriors, durable metal roofing, smooth-finish polished concrete floors and fully insulated, drywalled interiors.
High-performance Diamond Doors bifold hangar doors with window panels and automatic operation provide ease and efficiency, while an integrated man-door ensures convenient exterior access. Additional features include fire sprinkler and safety systems, 240V high-amperage service with 110V outlets throughout, bright energy-efficient LED lighting, water, sewer and natural gas connections, fully finished 3-piece bathrooms and optional heating and cooling climate control.

Each unit includes a fully electric bifold hangar door with integrated 3-foot interior man-door from Diamond Doors in Winkler, Manitoba—Canadian-made and among the best in the industry.
